Hosted ACE eManifest

In order to file manifest information via Kleinschmidt's Hosted Solution to meet the requirements of the ACE Electronic Truck Manifest your company must write a letter of intent. The letter of intent must be written on your company's letterhead and include:

• Contact information for your company's principle and technical management
• Your company's SCAC or SCAC's
• The ports of entry where your trucks cross and the approximate number of crossings per year at each port location
• That your company will be using Kleinschmidt for MQ Communications
• That Kleinschmidt, who is already certified, will be the ACE e-Manifest system your company will be utilizing
