A large manufacturer of personal care products came to us with a government mandate to maintain copies of all invoices sent via EDI. We worked with them to develop a process whereby we capture all the invoice data, make a copy, and store that information on a CD with a search engine that allows them to retrieve invoices. Each month we provide them with a completely searchable CD with all of their invoices.
