Signing up for WIA is easy and inexpensive. Here's how the sign-up process works:

Contact your customer as listed in WIA's Railroad Contacts. The customer will provide you with a "customer-assigned ID," which you will need to complete the online registration form.

Next, complete and submit the Registration Form. You will need to contact your customer to get the customer-assigned ID needed to complete the form. Your completed registration will be sent to both Kleinschmidt (to activate the billing process) and to your railroad customer (to set up their systems). It takes approximately three business days for this process to be completed, after which time you will receive a company ID and password from Kleinschmidt (it's recommended that you change your password immediately so you have a unique, memorable code). Once you've received your ID and password, you'll have secured access to view and print purchase orders and send invoices. Just select the Doing Business link at the top of the page to enter the secured area that gives you access to the purchase orders invoices.
