Client Services — Junior Business Analyst

Klein­schmidt is seeking a Junior Business Analyst for our Client Services team. You’ll provide dynamic customer facing support by acting as a liaison between clients and systems support for account maintenance, trou­bleshooting, and project management.

Essential Duties:

  • Execute the onboarding of data exchange and EDI clients
  • Interface with clients to understand their business needs, gathering required spec­i­fi­ca­tions, file layouts and test data and mapping data to and from standards
  • Manage projects from start to finish
  • Interface with in-house programming staff and contact client trading partners, managing imple­men­ta­tion from testing phase through production
  • Provide on-going support to clients
  • Field a steady volume of phone & written client inter­ac­tions related to a wide array of data interchange inquiries
  • Manage existing customer base, monitoring and responding to data errors
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
