With the recent escalation of Covid-19 to pandemic status alongside the associated heightened awareness and abundance of caution surrounding this event, businesses are evaluating their continuity plans and ensuring that operations will be minimally impacted as this runs its course. We understand the importance of the service we provide to your orga­ni­za­tion and want to assure you that we have the appropriate systems, plans and contin­gen­cies in place to mitigate the foreseeable risks from this outbreak. To support those efforts:

• We have been internally commu­ni­cating, reinforcing and imple­menting best prevention practices related to managing the spread of Covid-19 as outlined by the World Health Orga­ni­za­tion (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

• We are validating that our procedures related to Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity are current and have been reviewed as well as reaching out to our business partners to ensure they are also adequately prepared.

• Our dedicated associates are our most valuable resource. The teams that comprise our core operations, client services and support staff are equipped to work remotely and provide the same level of exceptional service that Klein­schmidt has always been known for without disruption. We are closely monitoring the situation and will take this next step when recommended by local authorities.
